Secure View Trainer/Training Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote technical training to Customer Support Technicians and end users for the Secure View security platform
• Travel to other bases in the AOR to provide training on cross-domain access solutions
• Record training sessions for central repository access
• Coordinate creation, shipping, and delivery of training materials
• Provide tier one Cyber Operations Services and troubleshooting for workstations, thin clients, and laptops
• Perform software installation and support
• Process, prioritize, and resolve trouble tickets using BMC Remedy, CIPS, or vESD on unclassified and classified networks

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent military training/experience)
• Security+ certification or higher
• Ability to obtain and maintain an interim Secret security clearance and IT-II eligibility
• Experience performing technical training in classroom or workspace environments
• Experience working with customers and Remedy trouble ticketing systems
• Experience imaging laptops and desktop systems using imaging servers and removable media
