Secure Manufacturing & Stealth Investigator

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations to proactively identify and mitigate risks to unreleased products, prototypes, confidential hardware, and secure manufacturing programs.
• Investigate unauthorized disclosures, suspected leaks, insider risks, supplier compromises, vendor misconduct, theft, and adversarial collection.
• Synthesize digital evidence, physical access activity, supply chain records, and manufacturing data into clear findings and risk-reduction actions.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting to surface early indicators of compromise or leakage affecting sensitive programs.
• Develop investigative playbooks, evidence-handling standards, and escalation paths tailored to stealth environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of investigative experience in corporate security, insider risk, supply chain security, counterintelligence, or related domains.
• Experience supporting sensitive programs, secure manufacturing, hardware R&D, or high-value intellectual property protection.
• Proven ability to lead complex end-to-end investigations across cyber, physical, and operational domains with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of insider threats, vendor risk, and adversarial collection methods.
• Ability to analyze disparate evidence sources including physical access records, device logs, procurement records, and OSINT.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with Legal, HR, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
