Sector Sales Specialist PCR

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sales and marketing strategies to drive growth within the Petrochemical and Refining sector.
• Target, develop, and acquire new customers while managing and growing an existing account portfolio.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs.
• Ensure appropriate pricing for non-rental costs, including fuel, freight, and rehire.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and internal colleagues.
• Follow Aggreko’s sales excellence processes, including CRM and CPQ compliance via Salesforce.
• Monitor and analyze key account legislation and potential industry impacts.
• Propose fleet and service developments to meet evolving customer and legislative needs.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a commercially astute technical sales professional.
• Proven experience selling capital equipment, technical engineering solutions, or industrial services.
• Degree in sales, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful high-level sales experience in an industrial services environment.
• Track record of consistently exceeding sales and activity KPI targets.
• Valid driving license.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in other regional languages is a distinct advantage.
