Sector Sales Specialist - Oil & Gas

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an account portfolio within the Oil & Gas sector by prospecting new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Execute a sales plan focused on a 40/60 split between new business prospecting and existing account growth.
• Meet and exceed revenue targets and sales KPI requirements.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve product and sector revenue targets.
• Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in accordance with company terms and conditions.
• Maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues through weekly face-to-face and telephone sales calls.
• Ensure compliance with CRM (Salesforce) and CPQ processes and follow internal administrative hire procedures.
• Manage third-party costs including fuel, freight, and rehire to ensure profitability.

Requirements

• Degree in sales or a technical discipline OR minimum 5 years of high-level industrial sales experience.
• Proven experience in solution selling or the rental of capital equipment/technical engineering services.
• Valid Qatar driving license.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong technical sales expertise and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within the temporary power, HVAC, or Oil & Gas industries.
• Experience working in a highly process-driven sales environment using CRM tools.
