Sector Sales Representative - Oil & Gas

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic business development for the Oil & Gas sector in Italy by identifying and developing high-value projects nationwide.
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive market intelligence, territory analysis, and engagement with key stakeholders.
• Build and consolidate long-term relationships with clients, EPCs, contractors, and strategic partners within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Manage and develop key accounts using a consultative, solution-oriented approach for complex projects.
• Collaborate with internal Engineering, Operations, and Project Delivery teams to structure competitive technical and commercial offers.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipelines, opportunities, quotations, and sales data with high accuracy.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales or business development experience in the Oil & Gas, energy, or related industrial sectors.
• Solid knowledge of the Italian Oil & Gas market and its project dynamics.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and structured sales cycles.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary, high-performance teams.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to build opportunities from the ground up.
