About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate needs at the homes of beneficiaries and develop personalized support plans
- Propose suitable caregivers in collaboration with the sector coordinator
- Conduct regular quality visits to supervise services and ensure beneficiary satisfaction
- Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships with healthcare and medico-social professionals
- Provide accurate reporting of actions to the agency manager
Requirements
- Minimum Bac + 2 degree in the sanitary or medico-social sectors
- Successful first professional experience in the sector
- Strong knowledge of the sector and public/private health issues
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- High capacity for work and commitment
