About the role
Responsibilities
- Evaluate beneficiary needs at home and develop personalized support plans
- Propose suitable caregivers and introduce them to beneficiaries
- Conduct regular quality visits to supervise services and ensure satisfaction
- Follow up with prospects
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare and medico-social professionals
- Provide accurate reporting to the agency manager
Requirements
- Minimum Bac + 2 degree in sanitary or medico-social sectors
- Successful first professional experience in the sector
- Strong understanding of private and/or public health sector challenges
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- High capacity for work and commitment
