Responsibilities
- Manage a client portfolio
- Supervise and support home care assistants in their missions
- Ensure quality of service for clients
- Drive commercial development within the assigned sector
- Provide regular reporting to the manager
Requirements
- Bac +2 or Bac +3 level education (BTS, DUT, Licence)
- Successful professional experience in personal services or the medico-social sector
- Proficiency with IT tools
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability
- Autonomy and initiative
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of psychology and pathologies related to the elderly
- Knowledge of social action financial aid and related stakeholders
