Responsibilities

  • Manage a client portfolio
  • Supervise and support home care assistants in their missions
  • Ensure quality of service for clients
  • Drive commercial development within the assigned sector
  • Provide regular reporting to the manager

Requirements

  • Bac +2 or Bac +3 level education (BTS, DUT, Licence)
  • Successful professional experience in personal services or the medico-social sector
  • Proficiency with IT tools
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability
  • Autonomy and initiative

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of psychology and pathologies related to the elderly
  • Knowledge of social action financial aid and related stakeholders
