About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage orders, reception, and product storage
- Ensure product quality, expiration date control, and rotation
- Train and develop a team of 8-9 people
- Implement commercial strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Analyze section results and propose improvements
- Report to the Sales and Operations Manager and Commercial Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales floor sections or similar roles in food/non-food sectors
- Experience in team management
- Experience in layout changes, campaigns, inventories, and stock control
- Proficiency in office tools
- Ability to work the night shift (22:00 to 06:00, Sunday to Friday)
