Responsibilities

• Manage and guide approximately 15 analysts at the Chemistry laboratory in Spijkenisse
• Support analysts to ensure work is performed safely and correctly
• Conduct performance reviews and participate in the recruitment process
• Technically assess both routine and new orders
• Review and release test results for reporting
• Assess the complete results package of a sample

Requirements

• Experience as a supervisor in a laboratory or extensive experience as an analyst
• Knowledge of (petro)chemical and physical analyses and analytical techniques
• Completed MLO or HLO education
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• A "leader by example" mindset focused on people management
