Section Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities within assigned sections to ensure work meets project specifications
• Coordinate site labour, plant, and materials to maintain smooth operations
• Monitor progress and communicate delays or issues to the Site Manager
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements
• Read and interpret technical drawings to guide operatives and subcontractors

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
• Relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Construction, SSSTS/SMSTS, or CSCS card
• Strong understanding of construction methods and health and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Full driving licence and flexibility to work across various locations
