About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the switchboard, sorting calls and emails
- Provide initial information and assistance to customers
- Enter data into the company management system and update customer files
- Prepare operational reports and routine documentation
- Coordinate with colleagues to resolve open files
- Perform digital archiving of commercial correspondence
Requirements
