About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the Chairperson, including calendar management and appointment coordination
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and professional presentations
- Act as a primary liaison between the Chairperson and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including documentation and accommodation
- Draft and proofread official letters, reports, and sensitive correspondence
- Handle procurement of gifts for vendors and clients, and manage office or site events and property launches
- Maintain confidential records and office systems with absolute discretion
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary
- Proven experience supporting a Chairperson, CEO, MD, or senior executive
- Extensive experience managing complex schedules and international travel logistics
- Mandatory experience working within the UAE
- Fluency in both English and Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
