About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Chairperson, including calendar management and appointment coordination
  • Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and professional presentations
  • Act as a primary liaison between the Chairperson and internal/external stakeholders
  • Manage complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including documentation and logistics
  • Draft and proofread official correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Handle procurement of gifts for vendors, clients, and visitors
  • Coordinate office events, celebrations, and property launches
  • Maintain confidential records and manage sensitive information with absolute discretion

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, specifically supporting a Chairperson, CEO, or MD
  • Proven experience in complex schedule and international travel management
  • Mandatory experience working within the UAE
  • Fluency in both English and Hindi
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
