About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the Chairperson, including calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and professional presentations
- Act as a primary liaison between the Chairperson and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage domestic and international travel itineraries, including documentation and accommodation
- Draft and proofread official letters, reports, and correspondence
- Handle procurement of gifts and amenities for vendors, clients, and visitors
- Coordinate office events, celebrations, and property launches
- Maintain confidential records and manage sensitive information with absolute discretion
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, specifically supporting a Chairperson, CEO, or MD
- Proven experience in the UAE is mandatory
- Fluency in both English and Hindi
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high levels of professionalism
