About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Group HR, Insurance & HSE Manager
  • Draft, review, and manage professional email correspondence in English
  • Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other business documents
  • Follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain the manager's schedule
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
