About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Group HR, Insurance & HSE Manager
- Draft, review, and manage professional email correspondence in English
- Prepare letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other business documents
- Follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and maintain the manager's schedule
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
