Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the Operations Manager, third parties, suppliers, and employees.
• Manage all incoming and outgoing communications, including calls, emails, correspondence, and faxes, to ensure efficient departmental service.
• Monitor memos, reports, and deliveries, and coordinate courier services to ensure timely completion.
• Draft, organize, and maintain written communications, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets in both physical and digital formats.
• Collect and study data from various departments to generate necessary administrative reports.
• Manage the executive's professional calendar, coordinate meeting requirements, and handle room reservations and catering.
• Execute and follow up on purchase requests and departmental procurement requirements.
• Support company programs and projects while adhering to Management and Continuous Improvement Systems.

Requirements

• Technical degree or equivalent training.
• 1 year of experience in administration, assistant roles, information management, or database handling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Advanced experience in managing purchase requests.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
• Basic English language skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
