About the Company

Maven AGI is an enterprise AI platform founded in July 2023 by executives from HubSpot, Google, and Stripe. We build conversational AI agents for autonomous customer support at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the security posture of infrastructure, including Kubernetes clusters, admission control, and network policy
• Harden CI/CD pipelines against supply chain threats using SAST/DAST and SBOM generation
• Design and maintain security infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and GCP using Pulumi, Terraform, or Helm
• Build and operate detection and response capabilities including SIEM and audit logging
• Lead incident response end-to-end from triage to forensics
• Support compliance programs such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and ISO through evidence automation
• Manage identity, secrets, and access controls enforcing least privilege
• Address AI-specific risks like prompt injection and data exfiltration

Requirements

• 3-7 years of professional Security Engineering, DevOps, or SRE experience
• Strong infrastructure-as-code and policy-as-code skills
• Hands-on experience securing CI/CD systems like GitHub Actions or ArgoCD
• Deep experience with detection and response tooling (SIEM, EDR)
• Proficiency in Python, Go, TypeScript, or Bash
• Solid understanding of cloud security (IAM, networking, DNS, TLS, KMS)
• Experience securing Kubernetes in production (AKS, EKS, or GKE)
• Working knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001

Preferred Qualifications

• Compliance automation experience with Vanta or Drata
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid deployments
• Background in offensive security, red teaming, or CTF
• Contributions to open-source security tooling
