SecOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own the implementation and day-to-day operation of security controls across endpoints, infrastructure, secure connectivity, and data protection
• Execute migration to XDR platforms and achieve high endpoint coverage
• Implement and operate DLP and SASE controls to secure user access and data flows
• Deploy and operate centralized MDM solutions to manage corporate endpoints
• Maintain endpoint security policies including encryption, OS hardening, and patching
• Operate and improve SIEM detections and SOAR playbooks to reduce response times
• Support brand protection by monitoring phishing and impersonation activity

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with XDR platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, Cortex, Sentinel)
• Experience with MDM solutions (e.g., Google Workspace, JumpCloud)
• Demonstrated ability to deploy and operate SASE, Zero Trust, VPN, and DLP solutions
• Experience operating security detections and response workflows within SIEM and XDR
• Knowledge of device hardening, encryption, patching, and application control
• Ability to work effectively with IT, engineering, and infrastructure teams
