Secondary PE Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver a dynamic and inclusive PE curriculum for students aged 11-18
• Plan and teach engaging lessons across a wide range of sports and physical activities
• Use effective assessment to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain high expectations for student effort, participation, and behavior
• Contribute to departmental sporting events, fixtures, and extracurricular clubs
• Promote a positive culture of teamwork, fair play, and physical wellbeing

Requirements

• UK-approved PGCE or an international teaching equivalent
• Proven experience in PE teaching at the secondary level
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to adapt to change with sensitivity and professionalism
• Commitment to helping all students achieve their personal best regardless of ability
