Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a range of teaching programs or courses of study
• Use ICT learning platforms, specifically Canvas, to engage students in online learning
• Teach curriculum to senior year levels and develop online VCE courses
• Maintain records of class attendance and student progress
• Implement effective student management consistent with the school’s strategic plan
• Participate in staff meetings, regular staff devotions, and prayer
• Provide a child-safe environment in accordance with child-safe standards

Requirements

• Recognised teaching qualification
• Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Evidence of the right to work in Australia
• Ability to work from the Casey office in Cranbourne South
• Commitment to the Christian vision and values of the school
• Experience in planning, collecting, and analysing educational data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in online teaching environments
• Ability to develop VCE and VCE Vocational Major courses
