Secondary Market Agent

Responsibilities

• Handle resale listings including residential properties, plots, villas, and townhouses across Dubai
• Prospect, source, and secure new resale listings and property owners
• Conduct property valuations, market analysis, and pricing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures
• Manage CRM entries and maintain accurate client records
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with the sales manager to achieve monthly targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of resale/secondary market experience in Dubai real estate
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and resale procedures
• Proven track record in closing resale deals
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
• Valid UAE driving license
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
• Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or German are a plus)
