Secondary Machine Operator Trainee

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient machinery operation
• Operate machinery within the designated department to meet production demands
• Inspect materials, final products, and machinery for defects to maintain quality standards
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Maintain accurate documentation and production records
• Adhere to 5S standards to ensure a clean and organized work area
• Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience driving powered industrial equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues
• Knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance
• Ability to work the 3rd shift

Preferred Qualifications

• Powered industrial equipment certification
