Secondary History & Humanities Teacher

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-quality History and Geography lessons that inspire curiosity and a love of learning
• Plan and implement lessons that meet the needs of all learners, using diverse teaching approaches to support and challenge students
• Assess and monitor student progress, utilizing data to inform instruction and help students reach their full potential
• Contribute to the wider school community through form tutoring, extra-curricular activities, and school events
• Maintain high standards of behavior and uphold strict safeguarding and student wellbeing responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience teaching History and Geography
• Ability to teach at Key Stage 3 level
• Strong organizational skills and effective classroom management
• Commitment to student wellbeing and safeguarding protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional teaching team

Preferred Qualifications

• Potential and capability to teach at IGCSE level
• Experience working within an international school environment
