Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver effective learning and teaching programs consistent with Australian Professional Standards for Teachers
• Contribute to the development and implementation of school objectives and planning
• Maintain student records and report on performance to students, parents, and stakeholders
• Maintain teaching competency and NESA curriculum knowledge
• Support student wellbeing through effective behaviour management and supportive learning environments
• Assess students for developmental, feedback, and reporting purposes
• Participate in collaborative curriculum development and professional development

Requirements

• Active Christian faith
• Suitable teaching qualification and NESA accreditation (or eligibility)
• Capacity to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes
• Ability to implement feedback on teaching practices
• Proficiency in planning, collecting, and analysing educational data
• Current Employee Working With Children Check
