Secondary Desk Research Associate Consultant

Responsibilities

• Perform extensive secondary desk research to identify and map stakeholders, including medical experts, KOLs, and non-medical stakeholders like HTA/HEOR experts and policy makers.
• Integrate qualitative and quantitative data to provide structured, value-added insights for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, including prioritizing workflows, negotiating timelines, and overseeing deliverable quality.
• Support business development through proposal creation, effort estimations, and feasibility studies.
• Design and conduct internal training sessions and contribute to process improvement and knowledge management.
• Handle client and onshore meetings to manage expectations and communicate project progress.

Requirements

• Graduate or Post-graduate Degree in Life Sciences from a premier institute.
• 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Consulting, or Professional Services Outsourcing.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for data analysis and storytelling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills.
• Deep understanding of the global healthcare environment and research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into meaningful insights.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work constructively under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
