Second Store Manager

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand values and image within the Porto Outlet location
• Create exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and sales
• Manage store KPIs and achieve turnover objectives
• Perform operational tasks including inventory management using RFID systems
• Handle shipment reception, product replenishment, and stock organization
• Maintain store visual standards, order, and cleanliness

Requirements

• Strong fashion orientation and awareness of current trends
• Proven ability to attract and build customer loyalty
• Experience in KPI management and retail sales targets
• Proficiency in inventory management and RFID systems
