Responsibilities
- Guarantee the quality of services and compliance with hygiene and safety rules
- Manage orders and merchandise deliveries
- Participate in mise en place and dish distribution
- Control the preparation and finishing of dishes
- Clean and maintain the kitchen
- Replace the Head Chef in their absence
