About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with staff hygiene rules
- Maintain premises and clean the kitchen
- Manage orders and merchandise deliveries
- Participate in food preparation and plating
- Control the preparation and finishing of dishes
- Replace the head chef in their absence
