Second Assistant Coach - MW Diving

Responsibilities

• Assist the head coach of men’s and women’s swimming and diving with coaching and teaching diving during in-water practice sessions and dryland training.
• Support daily practice planning, including coaching through video and whiteboard sessions.
• Facilitate diving development and technique refinement.
• Assist with pre-meet preparation, in-meet coaching, and post-meet debriefs.
• Adhere to all NCAA, NESCAC, and College regulations while representing the institution with professionalism.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Two years of diving coaching experience (preferably at the collegiate level) and/or three years of collegiate swimming and diving competition experience.
• Knowledge of NCAA and NESCAC rules.
• Valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and effective communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate swimming and diving techniques and enter/exit the pool as needed for instruction or safety.
• Ability to remain in a pool environment for extended periods and project voice across the pool area.
