Responsibilities
- Monitor facility operations using advanced monitoring tools to ensure high availability and performance
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Implement and manage facility monitoring systems, including alarms and alerts
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address facility-related issues and perform preventive maintenance
- Generate and analyze reports on facility performance, uptime, and incident response
- Maintain documentation of monitoring processes, incidents, and resolutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility monitoring or a related field
- Strong knowledge of facility management systems and monitoring tools
- Proficiency in English
- Saudi National status required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data center operations and infrastructure monitoring
- Knowledge of Arabic
