Seasoner

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and apply seasonings to products according to specified standards
• Monitor seasoning equipment to ensure proper operation and quality control
• Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet flavor specifications
• Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers per standard operating procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the seasoning area
• Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) protocols
• Report any safety or quality issues to the supervisor immediately

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related experience and training preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math skills and strong documentation skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, walk, and perform tasks requiring close vision and depth perception
