About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate media pass delivery to approved outlets and escort photographers to designated areas
  • Create and post engaging live coverage of events on the venue's social media channels
  • Respond to fan inquiries and messages on social media platforms regarding upcoming events
  • Collaborate with house photographers to ensure high-quality content capture
  • Maintain up-to-date marketing posters and on-site signage
  • Assist with general venue responsibilities as directed by the Venue Marketing and General Managers

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of music
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and busy environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in event planning, concert promotion, or sports marketing
