Seasonal Truck Team Member

Responsibilities

• Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service
• Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates
• Remove junk safely from homes and businesses
• Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks
• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs
• Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations
• Dependable and hardworking with strong communication skills
• Ability to work 4-5 shifts per week, including one mandatory weekend shift
• Valid DOT Medical Certification (Southwind covers the cost of obtaining this)
