Seasonal Stylist

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide expert styling advice to help customers discover their personal style
• Actively listen to customer needs and suggest complete looks, including add-ons and accessories
• Drive sales results through brand storytelling and deep product knowledge across all categories
• Maintain operational excellence by assisting with stockroom organization and POS transactions
• Ensure a seamless checkout experience and build lasting customer relationships

Requirements

• Proven professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal communication
• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly and perform tasks such as climbing, bending, and kneeling
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team setting
