About the role
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot repairs and service various types of bicycles
- Maintain high-quality service to ensure customers love riding their bikes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent hospitality
- Work with brand new bicycle models and new technologies
- Assist the team with various tasks to ensure smooth shop operations
Requirements
- Self-motivation and a positive, team-focused mentality
- Strong communication and listening skills
- High attention to detail and a love for problem-solving
- Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of bicycle servicing
- Ability to provide warm and approachable customer service
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working as a bicycle mechanic
