About the role

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot repairs and service various types of bicycles
  • Maintain high-quality service to ensure customers love riding their bikes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent hospitality
  • Work with brand new bicycle models and new technologies
  • Assist the team with various tasks to ensure smooth shop operations

Requirements

  • Self-motivation and a positive, team-focused mentality
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • High attention to detail and a love for problem-solving
  • Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of bicycle servicing
  • Ability to provide warm and approachable customer service

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working as a bicycle mechanic
