Seasonal Selling Associate

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and growth by proactively engaging with customers and providing exceptional service
• Assist customers with product knowledge and specialized services, such as bra fitting
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash wrap
• Maintain store standards by replenishing merchandise and processing new stock to be floor-ready
• Execute floorset activities and adhere to visual merchandising standards
• Support loss prevention efforts and maintain a safe working environment

• Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and a team-focused mindset
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stretching, walking, and prolonged standing
