Seasonal Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and build lasting customer relationships
• Maximize sales potential using company selling strategies and the Rewards Loyalty program
• Maintain store appearance following visual standards, plan-o-grams, and cleanliness protocols
• Support inventory management and control expenses
• Implement safety and loss prevention measures in daily activities
• Achieve or exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED
• 1+ years of retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
