Seasonal Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming store environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Understand guest needs through product knowledge to make emotional connections
• Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies and building customer loyalty
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain store appearance by following visual standards, signage, and cleanliness protocols
• Support inventory management activities and follow safety and loss prevention measures
• Foster a positive work environment through effective teamwork and communication

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED
• Proven experience in a retail environment (1+ years preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
