Seasonal Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by creating a welcoming store environment and making emotional connections through product knowledge
• Maximize sales potential by implementing company selling strategies and building lasting customer relationships
• Drive guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Maintain store appearance by following visual standards, including plan-o-grams, signage, and cleanliness
• Support inventory management activities and adhere to safety and loss prevention measures
• Foster a positive work environment through effective teamwork and communication

Requirements

• High School completion or equivalent GED
• 1+ years of experience in a retail environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
