Seasonal Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Assist customers with outfit building and product recommendations
• Assess customer needs and provide detailed information on product features
• Drive store KPIs and suggest improvements to sales performance
• Maintain shop and stock room organization, presentation, and cleanliness
• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving customer queries and authorizing discounts

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment
• Effective communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering great service
• Ability to take ownership and make informed decisions to find in-store solutions
