Seasonal Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers
• Assist with outfit building and provide product recommendations
• Assess customer needs and provide information on product features
• Drive store KPIs and suggest improvements
• Maintain shop and stock room organization and presentation
• Serve as a first point of contact for customer queries and discount authorizations

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality
• Effective communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused approach with a proactive presence on the shop floor
• Ability to take ownership and make informed decisions to solve problems
