Seasonal Retail Team Member

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers politely while providing product details and answering inquiries
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience
• Engage customers to suggest products, upsell items, and promote special offers
• Meet or exceed sales targets to drive store revenue
• Receive, unpack, and stock merchandise shipments according to company standards
• Ensure accurate labeling and pricing of all products on shelves
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and assigned work schedules

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven customer service skills
• Ability to stand or walk for at least 8 hours daily
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, or use step stools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
