Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to provide excellent service and build brand loyalty
• Drive sales through suggestive selling and educating customers on product offerings
• Promote company loyalty programs to enhance customer retention
• Support various store areas including the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap, and back of house
• Execute operational processes and maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center
• Handle customer interactions and returns courteously and professionally
• Utilize omnichannel offerings to enhance the customer experience

Requirements

• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with customers and team members
• A customer-focused mindset and passion for the retail industry
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends
• Ability to utilize retail technology
• Ability to maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 30 lbs
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
