Seasonal Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging customer journeys and provide expert product recommendations to cement Canada Goose as a luxury performance lifestyle brand
• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion and average transaction value
• Maintain store standards by organizing the stockroom, processing shipments, and ensuring the sales floor is replenished
• Utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools accurately and efficiently
• Participate in store meetings, product knowledge sessions, and team collaboration to maintain a positive environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a high-touch or customer-focused environment
• Previous experience working with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations
• Open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, including evenings
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
