Seasonal Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly engaging customer journeys and luxury service experiences
• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Provide expert product recommendations based on deep brand knowledge
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, stockroom organization, and floor replenishment
• Process inbound and outbound shipments efficiently
• Utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools accurately
• Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and productive store environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a high-touch or customer-focused environment
• Previous experience working with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations
• Open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, including evenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel)
• Ability to work independently with strong time management and multitasking skills
