Seasonal Retail Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver highly engaging customer journeys to cement Canada Goose as a luxury performance lifestyle brand
• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion and average transaction value
• Provide expert product recommendations through deep product knowledge and personalized service
• Maintain store standards by organizing the stockroom, processing shipments, and ensuring the sales floor is replenished
• Utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive, productive, and clean store environment

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a high-touch or customer-focused environment
• Previous experience working with luxury or premium brands in high-volume locations
• Open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, including evenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Multilingual skills are considered a plus
