Seasonal Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

• Handle cashier duties and process customer payments efficiently
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during the check-out process
• Actively engage with customers on the sales floor to provide premium style advice
• Assist with high-quality merchandise presentation and maintaining store appearance
• Manage stockroom tasks including receiving, unpacking, and checking new inventory
• Replenish sales floor stock from the warehouse to ensure product availability
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the stockroom area

Requirements

• Strong affinity for fashion and lifestyle products
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service
• A motivated, confident, and socially competent personality
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• High level of flexibility and a hands-on mindset
• Reliability to support the team during a 4 to 12-week seasonal period
