Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on in-person assistance to relocating employees, including local housing searches and property negotiations
- Assist with setting up DMV, bank accounts, and utilities
- Conduct customized area tours to help clients acclimate to their new city
- Coordinate moving logistics and initial home setup
- Guide clients through local housing options, schools, and neighborhood amenities
- Handle administrative tasks and assist the Personal Host team with client communication
- Research and recommend summer-specific services, seasonal housing, and local activities
Requirements
- Legal right to work in the USA
- At least 5 years of residency in San Francisco Proper
- Extensive knowledge of the local rental market, education system, and local registration processes
- Ownership of a reliable 4-door vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
- Availability to work weekends, including mandatory Sundays
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google GSuite, and CRM systems
- Possession of a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior relocation or moving assistance experience
- Bachelor or Associate’s degree
