Seasonal Relocation Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on in-person assistance to relocating employees, including local housing searches and property negotiations
• Assist with setting up DMV, bank accounts, and utilities
• Conduct customized area tours to help clients acclimate to their new city
• Coordinate moving logistics and initial home setup
• Guide clients through local housing options, schools, and neighborhood amenities
• Handle administrative tasks and assist the Personal Host team with client communication
• Research and recommend summer-specific services, seasonal housing, and local activities

Requirements

• Legal right to work in the USA
• At least 5 years of residency in San Francisco Proper
• Extensive knowledge of the local rental market, education system, and local registration processes
• Ownership of a reliable 4-door vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week
• Availability to work weekends, including mandatory Sundays
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google GSuite, and CRM systems
• Possession of a laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet connection

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior relocation or moving assistance experience
• Bachelor or Associate’s degree
