Seasonal Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming merchandise shipments with accuracy and care
• Support inventory management including stockroom organization, replenishment, and transfers
• Prepare product for the sales floor through tagging, steaming, folding, and replenishing
• Partner with the Front of House team to ensure timely product availability for customers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient back-of-house environment
• Assist with operational tasks including supplies management and packaging preparation
• Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards in all back-of-house processes
• Support additional tasks and directives from Store Managers and Visual Merchandisers

Requirements

• Previous retail, stock, or operations experience preferred (luxury or specialty retail is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to perform frequent bending, stooping, and lifting

Benefits

• Hourly pay range starting at $20-$26 per hour
